At AGC Firearms, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.  If you are not satisfied with a non-firearm item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Approved returns must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.  Returns must be received by AGC Firearms within 10 business days of the RMA being issued.

Approved returns may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Firearms once the transfer has been completed
• Lower receivers and serialized firearm components
• Ammunition
• Magazines
• Knives
• Optics, electronic sights, illumination devices, and night vision equipment
• Special orders or custom-ordered products
• Used or “as-is” items

All firearm and lower receiver sales are final once the transfer has been completed in accordance with federal and state law. However, most firearms are covered by manufacturer warranties, and customers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or repair.

Defective Products

If a firearm or product is discovered to be defective after transfer, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement. Many manufacturers provide excellent warranty support and will assist customers directly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure items are packaged securely. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Compliance & Legal Responsibility

Firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted items are sold and transferred in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring the items they purchase are legal to own in their jurisdiction.

Chargebacks

AGC Firearms reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks related to legitimate transactions. Customers who initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks will be refused future service or purchases.
