All firearms purchased or transferred through AGC Firearms must comply with all New York State laws and regulations prior to transfer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any firearm ordered or shipped to AGC Firearms is legal for possession in New York State and capable of being made compliant if necessary.
If a firearm arrives at AGC Firearms in a non–New York State compliant configuration, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with bringing the firearm into compliance, including but not limited to compliant parts, labor, modification, and applicable service fees.
AGC Firearms reserves the right to determine the appropriate compliance method required to legally transfer a firearm in accordance with New York State law. In some cases, customers may be required to purchase compliant parts separately and provide them for installation prior to transfer.
No firearm will be transferred or allowed to leave AGC Firearms until it has been verified as compliant with New York State law.
Any non-compliant magazines shipped with a firearm will not be transferred in their original configuration. Magazines may be substituted with compliant versions when available or retained by AGC Firearms, depending on the circumstances.
If a firearm cannot reasonably be made compliant, AGC Firearms may refuse the transfer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for arranging return shipment to the seller or manufacturer at their expense. Transfer, compliance evaluation, and handling fees will still apply.
If a firearm is shipped to AGC Firearms and the customer fails to complete the transfer, refuses compliance work, or does not arrange return shipping within 30 days of notification, the firearm will be considered abandoned property. AGC Firearms reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees and take appropriate legal action.
By ordering a firearm to AGC Firearms for transfer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these policies and any associated compliance, modification, transfer, and handling fees.
